SHOP REFUND POLICY

Any faulty or damaged products will be refunded if returned within 14 days if returned in original condition packaging and un-opened with proof of purchase.

If you have any items you wish to return the should be posted to Oasis shopping Center, Level 1, 39/75 surf Parade Broadbeach Qld 4218, with proof of purchase, once received your refund will be processed and you will be contacted via email.

Unfortunately there are no refunds for change of mind purchases, we do try to be flexible and may be able to arrange an alternative so please contact us via phone or email.

Please note refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products, not damaged packaging. We do try our best to package your items to keep them protected during transit however sometimes packaging may become damaged.
